BadgeMed, a d/b/a of Anyone Not Ready LLC ("BadgeMed," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you register as a student or employer, enroll in a class, or submit an application for a course that requires one, we collect information such as:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and password
  • Billing/company address (for employer accounts)
  • Class enrollment and payment history
  • Application documents required by certain courses, such as proof of age, proof of education, or reading score documentation

2.2 Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card number on our servers — Stripe handles that directly, and we only retain a reference to your Stripe customer record so we can associate purchases with your account.

2.3 Information collected automatically

Our website uses a limited set of cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to protect your account (see our Cookie Policy for details). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process enrollment, payment, and refunds for classes
  • Review and process course applications, including verifying eligibility documents
  • Communicate with you about your classes, applications, and account (via email)
  • Send you newsletters or promotional communications, where you have not opted out
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our website

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our services:

  • Stripe — to process payments and manage your customer/billing record.
  • Mailchimp — to send class-related and marketing emails. Your name and email address, along with tags identifying the courses and classes you've enrolled in, are shared with Mailchimp for this purpose.
  • Training locations and instructors — as necessary to deliver the class you've enrolled in.
  • Staff and administrators of BadgeMed, for account support, application review, and customer service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BadgeMed, our users, or others.

5. Application documents

Documents submitted as part of a course application (such as proof of age or education) are stored on a restricted, access-controlled storage system and are only accessible to you and authorized BadgeMed staff reviewing your application.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and enrollment information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 8 below, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.

7. Children's privacy

Our courses are generally intended for adults or for minors enrolling with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or sponsoring organization where the course permits it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of that context.

8. Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Access or update your account information at any time by logging in.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
  • Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information below.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Statement.
